Sunday 6 August saw the return of the infamous Porsche Whitby Rally, where over 100 Porsche cars dominated the scenic coastal town of Whitby.
The Whitby Rally began in 2013 to celebrate 50 years of the evolution of the 911 and, like the Porsche brand, this event has evolved over the years. It began as a small meeting and has become a large scale event with attendance growing year on year.
The pleasant Sunday morning saw over 40 drivers meet at Porsche Centre Sheffield and journey to the seaside resort in North Yorkshire. Along the way, we met drivers from Porsche Centre Newcastle, Porsche Centre Leeds and Porsche Centre Teesside. The day culminated with an enjoyable summer’s evening drink and BBQ surrounded by a unique array of Porsche models, both new and classic.
